We carry out a full inspection and report on all aspects of the property. Should a more detailed examination of specific parts or services be required we will involve the appropriate specialists.

We will advise on repairs required and estimate the costs involved.

We will advise as far as possible on contamination issues and deleterious materials particularly asbestos. We will advise whether an environmental audit is necessary, and check for such matters as sub-soil conditions, flooding potential etc.

Fees range from £1,000 to £5,000.
