Castles Surveyors submit planning applications for all kinds of new developments including commercial and residential – housing, offices, industrial warehousing, retail and leisure developments. In addition, we deal with changes of use, advertisements, Lawful Use Certificates and where appropriate we prepare full supporting documentation including impact studies and work with appointed specialists in such areas as highways, architecture and archaeology.

We can advise on the appropriate method of planning appeal with written representations, informal hearings or full public inquiry and we will brief counsel as appropriate. Before embarking upon a planning appeal, we would advise clients on our understanding of the issues involved and the likelihood of a successful outcome.

Fee: £100 - £180 per hour.
