Castles act for either the landlord or the tenant
and offer a full rent review service. We can be instructed by solicitors
or the client direct and will respond to notices served on either
party. We measure the area and provide a rental assessment based
on the property’s location and condition. Our report will
consider the terms of the lease together with any relevant licences,
such as Deeds of Variation or Licences for Alterations and Improvements.
We will then negotiate with the surveyors acting for the other party.
Fees: 7.5% of agreed annual rental, typically
£750 to £2,000.
